-
Green Bay Packers: Ranked number one with a plus nine rating. They’ve shown a complete performance, especially in the second half against Pittsburgh, and that dominance has solidified their top spot.
-
Kansas City Chiefs: Ranked second. They had a bit of a shaky first half against Washington, but they dominated in the second half, proving their ability to win even in less-than-perfect conditions.
-
Buffalo Bills: Ranked third. They had a solid win over Carolina, who were previously undefeated at home. Even though Carolina had their backup quarterback, Buffalo’s performance on the road was impressive.
-
Detroit Lions: Ranked fourth. They were on a bye last week, so no new updates, but their overall consistency keeps them strong.
-
Philadelphia Eagles: Ranked fifth. They had a good win against the Giants, though the game’s momentum shifted when the Giants lost a key player. Still, the Eagles handled it well and remain steady. We are monitoring the Saquan Barkley injury as this will downgrade them by about a point if he misses time.
-
Indianapolis Colts: Ranked sixth, they’ve impressed overall, though their schedule hasn’t been the toughest. They dominated the Chargers but had a close loss with the Rams, so we’re holding them just outside the top tier for now.
-
Los Angeles Rams: Ranked seventh with a six-point rating. They were on a bye last week, so no new updates, but they remain solid. We might need to upgrade them by a full 1.5 points if Puka returns to 100% health.
-
Denver Broncos: Ranked eighth, they had a standout performance against the Cowboys, scoring 44 points and keeping Dallas to just 24. This performance definitely boosts their standing.
-
Baltimore Ravens: Ranked ninth, they’ve been bumped up thanks to Lamar Jackson’s return. Even though their record wasn’t great, many of their losses came against top teams, and with Lamar back, we expect them to improve.
-
LA Chargers: Ranked tenth, they had a significant win over the Vikings, and the return of their All-Pro tackle Joe Alt definitely contributed to that strong showing.
-
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Ranked eleventh, they had a steady win over the Saints. While their offense wasn’t spectacular, their defense was solid, and that’s why they remain steady.
-
Seattle Seahawks: Ranked twelfth, they were on a bye last week, so no new updates, but they stay consistent.
-
Houston Texans: Ranked thirteenth, bumped up due to their impressive win over the 49ers. Their protection of C.J. Stroud and their strong defense really stand out.
-
San Francisco 49ers: Ranked fourteenth, slightly bumped down, but we still expect them to improve as George Kittle gets more involved throughout the season.
-
New England Patriots: Ranked fifteenth, a bit of a mixed view. They had a solid win against the Browns, but their wins mostly came against weaker teams, so we’re cautious about their ranking. However, we have not forgotten that the beat Buffalo in Buffalo a month ago.
-
Atlanta Falcons: Ranked sixteenth, just above average, with the assumption that key players like Michael Penix and Drake London are starting. If they’re out, we’ll downgrade them significantly.
-
Jacksonville Jaguars: Ranked seventeenth, just below average. They’ve had some strong wins but also some weaker performances, so we’re keeping them steady.
-
Arizona Cardinals: Ranked eighteenth, they might be perceived as stronger than their record suggests because they’ve played close games against top teams. It’s a bit of a mixed bag, which is why they’re placed here.
-
Dallas Cowboys: Ranked nineteenth, slightly below average. Their offense hasn’t met expectations, and their defense has struggled, so we’ve downgraded them.
-
Pittsburgh Steelers: Ranked twentieth, down a full point due to ongoing defensive struggles, which have been quite surprising.
-
Washington Commanders: Ranked twenty-first, slightly downgraded due to their recent performance, but we anticipate a boost once Jaden Daniels returns.
-
New York Giants: Ranked twenty-second, downgraded a full point because of the loss of Cam Scattebo, who’s crucial to their team.
-
Minnesota Vikings: Ranked twenty-third, significantly downgraded by one and a half points. Part of the drop is due to their performance against the Chargers and the quarterback change from Carson Wentz to J.J. McCarthy, which introduces some uncertainty.
-
Chicago Bears: Ranked twenty-fourth, slightly downgraded after their lackluster performance against Baltimore. Despite being underdogs, they didn’t impress and remain a disappointment.
-
Las Vegas Raiders: Ranked twenty-fifth, no changes since they were on a bye last week.
-
Cleveland Browns: Ranked twenty-sixth, slightly downgraded due to their offensive struggles, even though their defense remains strong.
-
Miami Dolphins: Ranked twenty-seventh, upgraded by a full point for their dominant win over the Falcons, showcasing their strength.
-
New York Jets: Ranked twenty-eighth, upgraded by half a point for their impressive comeback and strong offensive performance.
-
Cincinnati Bengals: Ranked twenty-ninth, they remain an enigma with a strong offense but a weak defense, highlighted by their recent loss to the Jets.
-
New Orleans Saints: Ranked thirtieth, downgraded by a full point due to the uncertainty at quarterback, moving from Rattler to Shuck.
-
Carolina Panthers: Ranked thirty-first, similar rating to the Saints, but we anticipate a boost once Bryce Young returns.
-
Tennessee Titans: Ranked thirty-second, the lowest ranking due to their consistently poor performance, especially evident in their recent game against the Colts.
